Andrew Holmgren, Head Master
I am always stunned at this time of year to look up and see December on my calendar. October and November went by in a flash. We have traded our football cleats for squash shoes and our cross country spikes for ice skates. Even the weather has begun to shift a bit toward the cooler temperatures. MORE FROM MR. HOLMGREN »
Elizabeth Martin, Head of Lower School
Students returned from the Thanksgiving break well-fed and full of wonderful stories about quality time spent with family and friends. I read several student compositions and journal entries describing Thanksgiving feasts and sharing the gratitude our students feel for their grandparents, parents, teachers, and friends. MORE FROM MRS. MARTIN »
Matthew Buck, Head of Middle School
Happy Holidays to all! Last week, three separate events marked a further return to normalcy at Calvert School: the successful completion of our New Beginnings Drive in support of Afghan refugee families, the first interscholastic basketball games in our gym in two years, and the in-person return of the Fifth Grade Walk for Water at Homewood Field of Johns Hopkins University.
